Muesli with Walnuts, Almonds, and Shredded Apple Recipe for Weight Loss

When I was suffering from stress, I always used this super recipe to satisfy my stomach. It contains fiber, healthy fats, and the required nutrients. This recipe is incredibly delicious. If you want to fill up your stomach all day long, you can use muesli. It is a fantastic choice to keep your stomach full and satisfied. I think the best part of this recipe is that it gives me taste and long-lasting energy, and also stops my overeating. There are many ways to make this recipe, but I will share my best one with you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 cups of muesli
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts (chopped smoothly)
  • 1/2 cup of almonds (chopped or sliced)
  • 1 apple (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat milk (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Get a bowl and add muesli, chopped walnuts, and sliced almonds.
  2. Stir in the shredded apple a little bit; this will give the muesli a sweet taste.
  3. If you like the taste of cream, add low-fat milk.
  4. For a sweet flavor, add honey and cinnamon.
  5. Now you have your recipe. Just give it some extra time to mix and soak well, then take your time and enjoy your meal!
