Oven-Baked Oatmeal with Pears Recipe for Weight Loss

I started consuming it for slow digestion and to keep me full for a long time. That stopped my cravings and stabilized my high blood pressure. After eating this recipe for a long time, I understand that this recipe is best for those who are going to start their weight loss journey. This is rich in sweet flavor, and we all know that most people who struggle with weight are lovers of sweet foods.

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 cup of oatmeal
  • 4 chopped pears
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or another low-calorie milk alternative)
  • 1 small cup of chopped walnuts (organic)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • Salt

Instructions:

Combine Dry Ingredients:
Take a small bowl, add 2/3 cup of oats, and then add the baking powder. Next, add the rest of the dry ingredients — walnuts, ginger, cinnamon, and salt — and stir them a little. In the last stage, add milk and stir well.

Bake:
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the color turns golden and the oatmeal is set.

Serve:
Allow it to cool slightly, then cut it into square pieces. Sit down in a calm, comfortable place, and slowly enjoy your healthy breakfast.
