Egg, Sriracha, Avocado, and Oats Recipe for Weight Loss

I chose this recipe because eggs provide an excellent amount of high-quality protein, which is essential for weight loss, increasing feelings of fullness, and tissue repair. Avocado, rich in essential nutrients, is a great source of healthy fats. I tried this recipe for six months and noticed it gave me a satisfying taste that curbed my cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 avocado, sliced or mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • Sriracha sauce
  • 1 small tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Oats:

Mix the oats with water in a small bowl or jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).

  1. Cook the Eggs:

Over medium heat, heat a non-stick skillet, add some oil, and fry the eggs.

  1. Assemble:

Pour the oats into a serving bowl. Top with avocado slices and tomatoes, then add the fried eggs and drizzle with Sriracha sauce.
