Egg and Oats Recipe for Weight Loss

After consuming this for breakfast for six months, I noticed several benefits from this recipe. My urge to snack is gone, it kept me full for longer, and it also helped me burn fat. If someone wants to improve their overall health and boost their metabolism, they should try this recipe. I found that it helps build a good eating habit, which supports sustainable weight loss rather than temporary fixes. There are different types of egg and oats recipes, but I’m sharing with you the best one.

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (you can use skimmed milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 or 2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1 or 2 cup carrot, chopped
  • 3 or 4 pieces of green chili
  • 1 or 2 cup onion, chopped
  • A bunch of coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Oats and Eggs Mixture
    Add your oats and milk together and let them sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, add the eggs and blend them well using a hand blender. If you don’t have one, you can simply use a spoon to mix. Once blended, add the rest of the ingredients like tomato, onion, carrot, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, and black pepper. Mix them well with a spoon.
  2. Cook the Omelet
    Heat a non-stick frying pan and add the olive oil, spreading it smoothly over the surface. Keep the stove on medium heat. Then, add your oats and egg mixture to the pan. Cook each side of the mixture for at least 4 to 5 minutes, until it turns a dark golden color or the edges are slightly crispy.
