Oats Waffle Recipe for Weight Loss

Dear sweet lovers, there is good news: waffles are always rich in sweet flavor! By using mindful ingredients, this recipe can be an important part of a healthy weight-loss breakfast. When I started eating this waffle, I noticed my calorie-burning rate increasing day by day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of jumbo oats
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 or 2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 or 2 cup of milk (you can use skimmed milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavor
  • 2 tablespoons of melted margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:
Prepare the Oats
Blend the oats until they are as smooth as possible, like a fine powder then add salt and baking powder well. Keep it in a bowl.

Prepare the Egg
In a small bowl, crack the egg, then add milk, melted margarine, and vanilla flavor. Combine them well.

Bake
Open your waffle maker, and use a basting brush to spread olive oil on the inside surface. Then fill the waffle maker with the mixture. Place it on the stove, cook the first side for 2 minutes, then flip to the other side and cook for the same amount of time. Now you have the best waffle for your healthy weight-loss journey!
